Our creative team comprises internationally active and successful artists. They not only are personally interested in dealing with people, but they also have proven experience with various target groups.  

FOUNDER

Annette Birkholz, a Berliner by choice since 1984, conceived and executed educational tours with an emphasis on political issues throughout Eastern and Central Europe before moving to England at the close of the 1990s. In London, she organized international workshops and conferences for the Anglo-German Foundation. She returned to Berlin in 2005 to serve as the director of the foundation's Berlin office.

Having extensive contacts to the theater, music and dance scenes, she fulfilled a longtime dream and founded INCENDO Berlin in 2010. INCENDO brings business people together with Berliner artists to reflect and initiate change.
